Description
EA Sports FC 27 is the latest football game from Electronic Arts, here in its brand-new PlayStation 5 version. It suits players who enjoy Ultimate Team, Manager Career or online matches with friends. This year introduces The Grounds, a social football hub for up to 100 players that is only in the PS5 version on PlayStation. Gameplay has moved towards more manual control, with stronger manual defending, redesigned corners and a smarter CPU.

- The Grounds. A new social football mode with districts based on Paris, Buenos Aires and suburban Britain. It hosts up to 100 players on one map, with Kickabouts, 2v2 matches and Clubs-only 11v11 stadium tournaments. Alex Hunter from The Journey returns as a mentor.
- Extensive licences. The game includes 21,000+ players, 800+ clubs and national teams, 130+ stadiums and 35+ leagues. Liga MX makes its first appearance in the FC series, and Lazio is fully licensed again for the first time since FIFA 22.
- Rebuilt Manager Career. The transfer market has been rebuilt with multi-stage negotiations. Dynamic Overall Ratings change with form, morale, fitness, injuries and playing time.
- Ultimate Team updates. Ultimate Team adds the FUT Gallery, Holographic Player Items and the new Hall of FUT item type. Squad Building Challenges are simpler and score-based.
- Gameplay changes. Manual defending is stronger, PlayStyles are rebalanced and off-balance dribbling has been added. Corners and set pieces have been redesigned, and gameplay sliders are wider.
- Crossplay. PS5 players can play with Xbox Series X|S and PC players. PS4 and Xbox One players are in a separate pool.
- Accessibility options. Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers can be switched off. Basic button remapping, stick sensitivity settings and voice chat shown as text are available.
